By uploading, submitting, storing, sending, or receiving User Content through our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and improving our Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any User Content that you submit to our Service. You also represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights, and does not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful material.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some aspects of the Service may be offered for a fee. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Service, and you agree to the payment terms presented to you at the time you purchase a subscription or product.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

6. Product Quality and Satisfaction

We strive to deliver high-quality custom action figures. However, as the action figures are generated using AI technology based on the photos you provide, the quality and accuracy of the final product are dependent on the quality and clarity of the input images provided.

If you are not satisfied with your action figure, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss potential solutions.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Action Figure Generator, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
